Wonderland serves children with developmental delays, disabilities, and prenatal substance exposure. We provide a strong and equitable foundation for children and theirfamilies to flourish through therapy, education, advocacy and resources.Immanuel Community Services, South Lake Union%u2019s longest-serving social service agency, has supported individuals facing hunger and homelessness inSeattle for 45 years. Through our four programs %u2014 SLU Food Bank, Hygiene Center, Recovery Shelterand Community Lunch %u2014 we provide essential care and nourishmentto those struggling to survive.Hopelink provides stability-buildingprograms for people experiencingpoverty in north and east King County. Its programs work in tandem to fill gaps,supporting each family or individual's unique needs. These programs includehousing, food assistance, financial assistance, English for work, energyassistance, financial capabilities, familydevelopment and transportation.For more than 52 years, Issaquah Community Services has servedits community as an all-volunteer nonprofit. ICS ofers emergencyfinancial assistance to neighbors in need, helping them prevent evictions and utility shutofs. Theirservice area includes Issaquah, much of Sammamish and parts of Renton and Bellevue.Hunger Intervention Program's mission isto make sure nobody in its neighborhoodgoes hungry. It accomplishes thisby serving nutritious and culturallyappropriate meals, providing educational programs and engaging in anti-hungeradvocacy. HIP primarily serves mealsto underserved populations in North King County, especially children, seniors and unhoused individuals.Heartwood Haven rescuesanimals from cruelty andneglect cases. Working with law enforcement agencies, shelters, and animal control agencies, the sanctuary provides a safe haven for animals with no options in a traditional shelter setting.
