RECEIVE $500 FOR YOUR SCHOOL
Winning $500 for your school is easy. Get your
fellow teens together and share information about
an important traffic safety issue, such as distracted
driving or drunk driving, and collect a $500 check
for your student program in the process.
The Washington Traffic Safety Commission (WTSC)
manages a project funded by State Farm in which
students conduct peer-to-peer educational projects
on either distracted driving or teen alcohol issues
and earn $500 for their student group to spend
on anything they want.

TWO WAYS TO WIN MONEY FOR YOUR
SCHOOL WHILE SAVING LIVES!
WIN BIG WITH CELEBRATE
MY DRIVE
®
This year, the Celebrate My Drive program will reward
schools and communities for making safe driving commit-
ments. Those schools and students that commit to safe teen driving
will make their school eligible to win grant money for school programs
and a private concert by a chart-topping music artist.
• Communities are encouraged to get their schools signed up;
registration closes on October 7.
• As part of Celebrate My Drive, State Farm will team up with the
chart-topping music group, The Band Perry, to help reach teens
across the U.S. and Canada to share positive messages about safe
driving, win grant money for their schools and earn a free concert.
• The 100 high schools generating the most safe driving commitments
during October 15-24 will win grants and the top two schools
will win concerts.
• Two schools will each win $100,000 plus the private concert at
their school!
• Eight schools will score $100,000.
• 90 schools will take home $25,000.
Celebrate My Drive unites teens, parents, school officials and
community members around teen driver safety in a positive,
celebratory way. The program is in its third year and coincides
with National Teen Driver Safety Week.
• From October 15 to 24, high schools across the U.S. that
have registered to participate will compete for prizes,
including grants of $100,000, $25,000 and a private concert
by The Band Perry. One hundred schools will win!
• Celebrate My Drive uses music, videos, smartphone apps
and social media to reach teens and get them talking about
safe driving.
• After a high school registers to participate, all they have to
do is get as many people as possible over the age of 14 to
make commitments online to drive safely. The schools
with the most commitments will win the grants and two
schools will win the concerts.
• Visit
to obtain additional
information and find out how your school can participate.
